The Melissa & Doug Slice and Bake Wooden Cookie Set is a sweet introduction to pretend kitchen play! This colorful cookie set includes 12 wooden, sliceable cookies and 12 cookie toppings, a wooden knife, spatula, cookie sheet, and a kitchen mitt for safe, imaginative play. Your little baker can pretend to slice the cookies, place them on the cookie sheet, make believe they're baking, and then use the oven mitt for the "hot" cookies once they're done. (Note: the toy kitchen utensils are not meant for use with real food or with real kitchen appliances). Then it's decorating time! The 12 "vanilla" and "chocolate" frosting pieces attach to the cookies with self-stick tabs and are painted with yummy-looking sprinkles, candy pieces, and icing patterns, so kids can create a variety of cookies. They can serve the cookies with the included wooden toy spatula. When playtime is over kids can store the cookies in the durable dough tube so they're ready for next time. What a delicious way for kids ages three and older to practice fine motor skills, number concepts, and more, while pretending to bake and serve sweet treats.

Grilling and frying has never been so fun! Satisfy hungry imaginations with Melissa & Doug Water WOW! color-changing play food. Flip play burger, veggie burger, or pancake on the grill and griddle, squeeze water from the spatula when flipping, and watch colors change as food magically “cooks”! Add water to the fryer and play chicken tenders, onion rings, and fries to the fry basket to “deep fry” more treats. Serve with felt fixings and burger buns that reveal ketchup and mustard when water drips from the condiment squeeze bottle. Let the pieces dry and cook with water again and again! Combine this with the Melissa and Doug Simmer & Stir Stovetop Play Set with Water Wow!® Color Changing Play Food to create the ultimate pretend play world! For 35+ years, Melissa and Doug has crafted imaginative preschool toys and durable wooden toys built to nurture childhood wonder, with everything from a life-sized grocery store playset to a play kitchen playset and play food to serve plush toys & puppets, to costumes, arts & crafts, and road trip activities for kids. It’s the kind of kid-powered play that builds independence and confidence!

Little drivers will have good, clean fun with the Melissa & Doug Spray & Shine Car Wash! Spray the jumbo-sized red sports car with ice cold water from the car wash basin using the built-in pump sprayer, and watch the “dirt” magically disappear! Make it sparkle with the sponge, squeegee, and play soap bottle, wipe with the towel, and shine with the battery-free buffer (just pull the tab to make it shake!). Drive away through the car wash drying rollers and hit the road for imagination-fueled car-zooming adventures! Rinse it with warm water to make the dirt re-appear—time to head back to the car wash to rinse and repeat! The car should not be exposed to direct sunlight and may change back to “dirty” after a time. Color changing is heat dependent, so be sure to add ice cubes to the car wash basin to clean and to use warm water to make dirt reappear. Kids three and older will love vrooming, zooming, and cleaning again and again while boosting important developmental skills, like motor development, storytelling, and learning a bout cause and effect.

The Melissa & Doug Water WOW! Stir Fry Set lets little chefs cook with magic, using only water to change play food from "frozen" to “cooked”! Kids can drip water from an olive oil bottle or squeeze it from a special spoon to watch vegetables and proteins magically change color, providing hours of mess-free, repeatable, and screen-free fun.
